So easy to make and sooooo delicious!
Need: A blender/food processor and a glass!
a handful of almonds
1 1/2 cups of Almond Milk or Coconut Milk
a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)
a few ice cubes (optional)
Blend the almonds first until fairly tiny and flakey. Otherwise you will be drinking almond chunks. Add the bananas, milk of choice along with a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg to taste. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with cinnamon or nutmeg, for aesthetics. Enjoy!
Tip: Want it thicker, add ice into the blender with the other ingredients.
Depending on amounts used, should make about 2 8oz glasses
