**Thanks for all the emails and likes on the pizza. The dough is going to be available PRE-MADE on our site soon. It took me many attempts to get it like this, so why waste all the time and money on the Almond Flour when you can just defrost, bake and add your toppings!**
#Paleo Pizza Crust
2-2 1/2 cups Almond Flour
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
1 tbsp. EVOO
1 cup Parmesan Cheese (FRESH)
— I added some additional Jalapeno oil to spice it up
Sweet tomatoes, sliced
Preheat the oven to 350.
Mix the wet ingredients together in one bowl
Mix the dry in another bowl.
With a rolling pin, roll out the dough to a thin layer. You can do it round, square or rectangle…whatever your mood is!
I used one of those round pizza trays that are ventilated at the bottom. Roll it out on the try and then place it in the oven for about 20-30 mins without toppings. Watch it, let it turn a light golden brown all over.
Take it out and put all your pre-cut toppings on it and place it back in for another 15 or so minutes.
For this particular one, I used homemade salsa instead of tomato sauce and Goat cheese with sliced up sweet tomatoes.
